Suite Two

This unit is a detached one-bedroom apartment with complete privacy, the apartment comes fully furnished with a segmented bedroom, kitchen, master bathroom, two toilets, laundry unit, and balcony. In this unit, you’re entitled to one mattress, a duvet, two towels, and a foot mat. There’s a working desk with a working chair for your remote work time. Also, residents are allowed to use the general building facilities, snooker, table tennis, BBQ stand(paid), and any other found in the building.

As part of our efforts to reach our environmental goals. Our AC is limited to Default PHED Power Supply which in most cases runs about 16-20hrs a Day. For our Bedroom Apartment, AC is provided for the bedroom 24/7 on the Solar System, whereas a fan is provided for the living room which runs on our solar system for the hours when the AC is out in the apartment. However, If you would like to have uninterrupted Air Conditioning extra charge would incur.

There’s a maximum of 2 guests allowed in the unit at all times, extra charges would be incurred if more than 2 guests are found in the apartment
